On the 21st of January Mrs. Cam Nguyen, spoke as a guest speaker at the National Council of Women in Victoria Inc. It was a very lovely day and the event was held at the Pioneer Women’s Memorial Garden, close to government house. The event was attended by the current president of National Council of Women Jenny Rawther & the wife of the Governor of Victoria.
