Tasks and duties:
Personal care: showering, dressing, and grooming.
Domestic assistance: light household cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
Community Access: social activities, grocery shopping, medical appointments.
Supporting clients in the use of mechanical aids and personal equipment including wheelchairs, manual or electric hoists, slide sheets, moving boards and handling belts.
Supporting clients who have mental health challenges.
Supporting clients with complex and/or challenging needs.
Follow the company policies and procedures and code of conduct.
Reporting and documenting on their progress.
Attending training as required.
Flexible to work anytime over a 24-hour period, 7 days a week, this may include sleep over shifts or awake shifts.
Requirements:
Minimum Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Home & Community Care, Individual Support or Disability Services.
Current CPR / First Aid Certificate.
Current clearance NDIS Worker Screening Check/ Police Check
Current Australian Driver’s Licence.
Reliable, registered, and insured vehicle.
Willing to travel to various locations.
Smartphone with internet access.
NDIS Worker Orientation Module “Quality Safety and You.”
Can communicate in Vietnamese and English.
Able to work at least 3 days a week (Monday to Friday).
Fully vaccinated with 3 doses of COVID-19 vaccine

Selection Criteria:
Minimum Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Home & Community Care, Individual Support or Disability Services.
Minimum of 1 years’ experience in disability support work.
