Looking for a HR Officer
Location: Braybrook/ Springvale/ Richmond
Reports to: People and Performance Coordinator
Employment type: Full-time
Role purpose:
The primary focus of the role is to develop the capabilities of employees across the organisation through the development, and delivery of internal trainings to meet staff development objectives.
You will also manage staff performance and organizational performance.

What we are looking for:
A. Learning & Development
- Be the first contact for any training and developmental needs across the organisation.
- Helps establish in-house employee training that addresses the organisation's training needs, management development, the measurement of training impact.
- Assists managers/coordinators/team-leaders with the selection and contracting of external training programs and consultants.
- Organize staff PD Days.
- Review all policies, procedures, forms and practices to ensure the endorsed model.
- Training administration and record keeping:
- Coordinate training administration including training records and employee personnel files.
- Coordinate room bookings (internal and external), catering and registration of participants.
- Process vendor invoices.
- Coordinate the data collection for various repo
B. Staff Performance Management
- Assists with the implementation of the annual performance conversation for all staff.
- Maintain tracking & records.
- Prepare reports on staff annual performance conversations & feedbacks.
C. Organizational Performance & Social Impact Reporting
- Coordinate in Annual Consumer Survey & Employee Engagement survey:
- Planning & proposing events’ timelines, ideas, logistic, target, budget and other related matters.
- Preparing surveys’ questionnaire, forms, surveys’ groups, clients’ list.
- Recruiting, training & supervising Survey Officers.
- Tracking project’s process to ensure achieving the target.
- Communicating with other projects/departments for their involvement if needed, such as publicise, proceed payments,
- Analysis & reporting the surveys’ result.
- Preparing HR monthly metrics, annual WGEA report & other reports as requested by the Coordinator.
- Fulfil other duties as required by the Coordinator and the CEO.
Who you are:
- Bachelor in Business, Law, Psychology, Human Resources or Organisation Development or equivalent.
- Strong experience in providing high level HR administrative support services within a diverse organisation.
- Experience in HR reporting is preferable.
- Experience in working with employee relations matters in a medium to large sized business.
- High developed interpersonal skill, with the proven ability to build effective relationships and communicate well in writing as well as verbally with a diverse range of people.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multi-task and problem solve.
- Data analysis skills.
- Presentation skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Outstanding writing and communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- A high level of tact and confidentiality.
- Ability to be responsive, flexible and agile in response to changing and competing demands.
- Excellent attention to detail in preparing materials, managing sensitive information and processing of tasks.
