It’s been 50 years since the end of the Vietnam War, and over 42 years since AVWA began supporting Vietnamese Australians who arrived as refugees.

To mark this anniversary, we’ve created a special edition of our yellow bag, featuring the iconic three red stripes - a symbol of pride, resilience and identity.

Join us to commemorate this history, in partnership with the City of Yarra:
🗓 Saturday 21 June 2025
📍 Collingwood Town Hall
⏰ From 3PM

Be part of this moment with us, enjoy a range of food, drink, dance demonstrations, celebrate our shared history and community, and pick up your limited-edition bag. We can't wait to see you there! 💛✨
