City West Water and Western Water have an opportunity for people to be involved in focus groups over the next couple of weeks. Participants will be thanked for their perspectives with a $50 voucher.

Who are we
City West Water and Western Water corporations will integrate into a new water corporation in July 2021 called Greater Western Water (GWW).

CWW and WW are in the early stages of preparing their Price Submission for 2023 to the Essential Services Commission which typically occurs every five years. The Essential Services Commission is an independent regulator that promotes the long-term interests of Victorian consumers with respect to the price, quality and reliability of essential services.

As part of the Pricing Submission process, City West Water and Western Water need help from their customers about how they provide information and seek feedback. This feedback will help them design future activities to ensure they provide helpful information to support as many customers as possible to participate.

Focus Groups
We invite you and others in your network to join our upcoming focus groups. You’ll be able to hear about the new water corporation launching in July 2021 and share how CWW and WW can best communicate and engage with its customers. We highly value your perspectives and as a sign of our appreciation, participants will be given a $50 voucher in remuneration.

The Victorian Assisted Reproductive Treatment Authority (VARTA)  provides independent information and support for individuals, couples, and health professionals regarding fertility, infertility, assisted reproductive treatment (ART).

We have recently developed two new information sheets that are available in a range of languages including Vietnamese, amongst a range of other available resources.
