The Home Care Packages Program is an Australian Government-funded program to support senior people with complex ageing-related care needs to live independently in their own homes.
There are 4 levels of care:
65 years old and over Australian residents are eligible to register with My Aged Care and be referred for an assessment to find out whether they’re eligible.
We know that most people want to stay at home for as long as possible as they get older. To support this, the program subsidises in-home aged care services and services to help people stay connected with their community.

Our HCP program meets all Aged Care Quality Standards set out by the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission (ACQSC).
Services are delivered by qualified and dedicated care staff. Care Workers hold a minimum qualification of Cert III in Aged Care and First Aid training, and have Police Clearance check. All staff speak English and Vietnamese and understand the culture
Fees and charges are reasonable and competitive. Value for money.
