With 2025 marking 50 years of Vietnamese settlement in Australia, this campaign offers a timely opportunity to honor the legacy of Vietnamese women and their invaluable impact.
This aligns with Victoria’s target for 70% of new commemorative names to honor women—a goal supported by Gender Equity Victoria and Her Place Women’s Museum. Let’s ensure women’s achievements are recognized in our public spaces for generations to come.
